Invitation to a Meditation Gathering

Please join us for a monthly series of meditation and qi transmission sessions beginning Saturday, March 29, 2025. Each 2-hour session will include group meditation, discussion of effective spiritual cultivation, and participant Q&A. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience qi transmission with the session facilitator. No prior experience with meditation is required.
Topics to be covered in the sessions include (but are not limited to):
What are some possible goals and outcomes of meditation practice?
What steps can one take towards mastery of meditation?
What are the most effective spiritual cultivation principles?
What is qi, and how to cultivate it?
Dispelling some common myths about spiritual cultivation.
Confronting personal obstacles in the practice of spiritual cultivation.
What is qi transmission? This term has many possible meanings, including even medical. In our context, an alignment of the relationship between facilitator and participants is created such that there is a direct transmission (sharing) of a particular state of consciousness. It is not a healing practice, but rather a direct teaching of the experience of flowing qi. For a person with sufficient cultivation accomplishment, the qi naturally emanates from the lower elixir field. This is one of the fundamental foundations of some well-known (but poorly understood) practices such as qigong, neigong and neidan.
